Hi! I've created this page which was long awaited by millions of desi fans living across the globe..well there is a problem of overall informal tone which exists in this article. i would be glad, if anyone would like to contribute his efforts to improve the quality of this page.....--Sohail981 05:38, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

I left a note on the page. It's a wiki after all. Somebody probably will. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 05:43, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

as Aniruddhchaturvedi deleted the major portion on article ZEEST, and didnt tell any particular reason abt it. the whole article was quite reasonable and provided with accurate references and sources. plus the article was also according to the criteria mentioned in WP:MUSIC,which defends this article on ZEEST to be present on wikipedia, with its whole and actual form. following are the those points from WP:MUSIC

For composers and performers outside of mass media traditions

Italic text * Is cited in notable and verifiable sources as being influential in style, technique, repertory or teaching in a particular music genre.
   * Has established a tradition or school in a particular genre.
   * Is frequently covered in publications devoted to a notable sub-culture.

we all know that Zeest did really influence its music on major population. plus not frequently but it did appeared on some major newspapers & magazines too, and it can be viewed and observe through many web articles too . I've provided the whole article with the reliable and verifiable sources. but this guy deleted the whole article with reliable sources and references, leaving only introduction.

plus there is no statement that ZEEST's motif is to sing only song with abusive words, since there is no proof n evidence about this statement anywhere even Zeest never claim that thing too, they have only said there motive is to highlight social n youth oriented issues, with catchy lyrics n melodious music. any way we can't judge anyone by only one song.

I would be happy if anyone recover the rest of the article on ZEEST, as it is most demanding article. Sohail981 21:53, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

continuously this page is a victim of vandalism...spammers are inputing wrong informations without any reference and support.. I've revert back to the original context with proper references.btw the origin of Saqib Abdullah is from Pakistan he is not saudi national. he was only born in Saudi Arabia to a Pakistani Family.
