Hello there, if you have issues with what I've edited, please talk.
[edit] major changes
Stan Sakai and Scott Shaw (artist). I took out the single sentence references to the furry convention "Anthrocon" because both of these artists have been to or have been guests of honor at countless numbers of science fiction, fantasy, and cartooning conventions over the past years. They also have countless numbers of very distinguished awards, like Eisner Awards and others, that aren't listed. So I don't feel a single sentence in its own paragraph very boldly stating "this artist was a guest at Anthrocon" is necessary unless a more exhaustive list of guest appearances can be obtained. For example, I did so with the Rob Paulsen article.
The Rob Paulsen article had a link to Anthrocon under the "award" category, which is even stranger. Being a guest of honor at a convention is an honor, but certainly not a recognizable award. If that were the case, every guest of honor at every convention should have their wiki pages list every convention they've been a guest of honor at as an award.
I strongly feel whoever added those links to Anthrocon was either "showing off" or attempting to advertise the Anthrocon convention. If anyone wants to mention Anthrocon on those artists' articles, I believe they should include a list of as many known conventions that either of those artists were guests of honor (as I previously have made an example of). Otherwise, the single link seems too suspicious as advertising, and quite frankly, it's too trivial a piece of information unless part of a more complete list. I am now suspicious of the Anthrocon convention article and WILL keep an eye on it for this kind of selfish behavior, as I have certainly not seen any other convention attempt to advertise themselves so much on other wiki pages in such a grossly unfit manner.

I attempted to edit the Hiro Nakamura article, but I was mistaken with my facts and quickly changed the article back to what it was before long.

- Hi there! For future reference, this sort of thing is best stated in the edit summary box, not here. People may come here to ask about an edit if they're unsure of your intentions when making an edit, but it's a lot easier for them to read the history if they don't have to. :-) GreenReaper 19:20, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

- 1) The edit summary box isn't long enough, in my opinion. 2) These are more like personal notes and statements anyway. User:Zerocity

- 1 and 2) Well, that's what the talk page is for. ;-) GreenReaper 18:34, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
