The image linked here is claimed by Wikipedia editor DCGeist to be used under fair use as:

  1. it is a screenshot from a DVD anthologizing historically significant television material;
  2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
  3. the image is being used only for informational purposes; and
  4. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it represents (a) the most seminal and the first commercially successful band in the genre, (b) their establishment of a particular visual style involving fashion and performance, and (c) the rapidity with which the genre became internationalized.
