Zbigniew Zapasiewicz (born 1934) is a Polish theatre and film actor, theatre director and pedagogue, one of the most prominent post-war Polish actor.[1]

Zapasiewicz was born on September 13, 1934 in Warsaw, Poland. During the years of 1951–1952 he studied Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1956 he graduated from the Faculty of Acting of the National Academy of Theatre in Warsaw (now The Aleksander Zelwerowicz State Theatre Academy). He made his own debut performance in 1955 in the Theatre of New Warsaw.

In the years of 1959–1966 Zapasiewicz was an actor of the Contemporary Theatre. In 1982 he moved to Teatr Powszechny. During the years of 1987–1990 he was a managing director of the Dramatic Theatre. Since 1993 he was an actor of the Contemporary Theatre.
