[edit] Economy of the United Kingdom
Thanks for your edits to economy of the United Kingdom. To explain why I reverted some of them, I wasn't being provincial as you suggested, I was removing your addition of what seemed to be a random list of countries ahead of the UK in terms of GDP per capita and with other large financial centres, which you hadn't referenced. I see that another editor has now provided a reference, which is good. Also, you might want to reconsider edit summaries such as "UK needs to face the facts", which sound POV to me. - Thanks for your comments. However, I did reference it before you deleted my entry. So, next time, you may want to look carefully before reverting other people's entry. I do admit that my summary "UK needs to face the facts" was slightly biased, and I apologize for that. I wanted to point out the fact that although UK is the second largest economy by in Europe, it's GDP PPP Per Capita ranks quite differently. This will give a broader and more insightful view to people around the world about the true standard of living in UK(arguably linked with GDP PPP Per Capita more than GDP Per Capita). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Zcacb64 (talk • contribs) 23:25, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
