Talk:Zooko's triangle

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The current property names are nonsensical. "Secure or Unique" is wrong -- the property is "Securely Unique" in the referenced documents. The terms "global" and "decentralized" are (seemingly intended to be) opposites -- i.e., is the identifier or address issued by one global provider or registry, or is it issued by any of a plethora of generating entities? The terms "memorable" and "human-meaningful" are synonymous. If the oppositional naming scheme is preferred, the property names would be better as something like "Unique or Non-Unique" (the "securely" simply modifies "unique"), "Global or Local", and "Memorable or Unmemorable".
