Zeandale

Zeandale is an unincorporated town, centered in Zeandale Township, 8 miles east of Manhattan, in Riley County, Kansas. The latitude of Zeandale is 39.159N. The longitude is -96.426W. It is in the Central Standard time zone. Elevation is 1,138 feet. Total population of the township is 357 (2000 US census).

Zeandale was named by J.H. Pillsbury who settled the township in 1855. The name is said to have been taken from the Greek meaning corn dale.
