I see you copied text from [1] and added it to the beginning of Education in Brazil. While that article is in need of expansion; it is not acceptable to copy text from other websites and paste it word-for-word onto Wikipedia. Also, just sticking it at the beginning without trying to integrate it into the surrounding text at all wasn't a great idea either. Please do expand the article with information about literacy and the success (or lack thereof) of Brazil's efforts to educate its populace; just do so in your own words.
