[edit] Somedomain
Hello, I put Somedomain up for Proposed Deletion. Basically, the article needs sources; as of now, it tries to explain the behaviour without telling where these tricks come from. And even if it were sourced, I'm not sure if it would stand on its own; it's just one domain name hijacking / malware trick among many. I believe that if this could be sourced and it could be demonstrated to be somewhat remarkable, it could be discussed briefly in some related article. As it is, it's a bit weak. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 18:06, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

- Yeah kill it, we expected this to become a major exploit, but it did not, at least in the free world.Zeth 00:55, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We as a community are glad to have you and thank you for creating a user account! Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Yes some of the links appear a bit boring at first, but they are VERY helpful if you ever take the time to read them.
Remember to place any articles you create into a category so we don't get orphans.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! ShowMeDo
A tag has been placed on ShowMeDo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:ShowMeDo. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. DarkSaber2k 14:39, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
- This one's correct, I'm afraid; if it went to AfD, it would be deleted like a shot. It just doesn't come anywhere near meeting notability criteria — I'd have speedily deleted it if I'd seen it. For explanarions, see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia:Notability (web). --Mel Etitis (Talk) 18:36, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
