[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!!!
Hello Zpinhead! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. If you decide that you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. You may also push the signature button located above the edit window. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. Below are some recommended guidelines to facilitate your involvement. Happy editing! -- Kukini 21:58, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

{{helpme}}
I'm trying to understand why my first minor contribution, an external link, has been removed (twice). After was removed the first time, I posted a question on the dispute page saying perhaps I'd violated the guidelines and needed to propose the link. I was told to post my comment/proposal on the specific page (Portsmouth, NH), which I did. I waited then five weeks for a reply, added it again, and it was immediately deleted without explanation. I requested an explanation from the person who deleted it and did not receive a reply. Also, the person who edited is online at the moment and I would like to send him a message, but I can't figure how to do that. Thanks for any help. Zpinhead 16:35, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- The user that removed the link was User:SatyrTN; you can send them a message by editing User talk:SatyrTN. As for the removal without explanation, that was probably incorrect after you'd proposed it on the talk page (I'd at least expect an explanation to have been given), but maybe SatyrTN was unaware of your proposal; you can write 'see talk' in your edit summary to try to make sure that people notice. Hope that helps! --ais523 16:42, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
