Zora Suleman is a British television and radio presenter, born on September 6th 1980 in Eastbourne, East Sussex, UK. She attended St Andrews school and later Beresford House preparatory school for girls.

According to the Eastbourne Herald, Zora was 12 when she started working weekends at her local hospital radio station and after a few years later joined BBC Radio Sussex, where she worked during the holidays.

She worked on RSL’s in Eastbourne, Hastings and Brighton as the newsreader and showbiz reporter.

During her university years she worked at BBC GLR as a tech op for the weekday evening show ‘Upfront’ (produced by BBC 6’s Ray Paul) and the Sunday night Norman Jay show. At this time she was also appearing on Talk Radio UK as their Travel and Entertainment reporter and as part of the ‘on air’ crew for the week-night Caesar the Geezer show, and co producer for the weekend Mike Dicken show and also worked on the Saturday sports show presented by Gary Newbon, where she worked whilst attending university. Shortly after graduating from University Zora was given the chance to read the news and become more involved in the stations.

After this she worked on London’s LBC Radio with Robbie Vincent before becoming his producer on Jazz FM. From here Zora went to Manchester to become a news reporter and anchor on Manchester cable channel Manchester Live! A year later Zora returned to London and joined Capital Radio Plc and became the breakfast newsreader for Capital Gold in London and a newsreader and entertainment reporter on London’s Capital Radio PLC during the reign of (Fame Academy’s) Richard Park. Whilst at Capital Radio Zora gained freelance TV work as a reporter with London News Network makers of ITV’s primetime news programme ‘London Today and London Tonight’.

After nearly 5 years working at Capital Radio Zora was offered the position of primetime newsreader on Channel 4’s breakfast show, RI:SE. Although she clocked up a lot of on-air miles the show ended after 12 months RI:SE ended Zora went on to become an associate producer for Paramount Comedy and Channel 4’s ‘Flipside TV’ the weekend ‘best of’ show she produced and presented herself. After the series ended Zora went back to present the sports news on TalkSport TV – an off shoot of Talk Sport radio – formerly Talk Radio. This was followed by a stint on Sky TV channel MKTV as evening presenter and news anchor. Before returning to Princess productions makers of RI:SE in 2007 to present on ‘Doctor Doctor’ a daily 60 minute show on Britain’s Channel Five.
