you are spamming speedy delete notices.. Seasalt 13:35, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Please explain what it is in the article New_Imperial_Motors_Ltdyou feel is advertising. Seasalt 13:35, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

Nothing in that article is advertising. I have reviewed your speedy deletion request and declined it. As a matter of fact, that article is pretty good: neutral, sourced. I looked over your other contributions, and you have made several mistakes like this. Keep in mind that speedy deletion is not the only kind of deletion. Take a look at Wikipedia:Introduction to deletion process to learn more about our processes: in some cases, another process is a better choice. Mangojuicetalk 14:11, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Redirects

Please stop listing redirects with "" marks around the title for deletion; they are not that unfathomable as spelling errors (else why would they exist?), and the time it takes to delete them prevents us from deleting the many other articles that are more important. --Robdurbar 11:43, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

see WP:NC, WP:CSD--Zhanghai 11:44, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

If you read the wording regarding the spelling of redirects, you'll note that its requires an 'unfathomable spelling mistake'. The very fact that the article was created with " marks around it shows that someone spelt it that way i.e. it is a fathmoable mistake. Please note too that 'Redirects are cheap'. --Robdurbar 11:46, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
Not all of the redirects that you are tagging are implausible typos either; for example User:Hurricane Devon; this was a redirect as the user changed his name. Would you simply please slow down tagging these and look at the circumstances of each one? --Robdurbar 11:55, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
In that vein, please use the proper CSD tag for an article. For pages that redirect to non-existent articles, use {{db-r1}}, not {{db-r3}}. -- Merope 13:07, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unmerging of Joan of Valois

Why have you unmerged Joan of Valois? The proposal has been on the page for a while now, and you've said nothing on the talk page. Joan died at birth and so is not worth an article on Wikipedia.--qp10qp 12:03, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
