Talk:Z Channel
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Z Channel was owned by Group W Cable.
ONTV was owned by Oak Broadcasting.
SelecTV was owned by a small conglomerate of companies, and was eventually merged with Oak Broadcasting.
To my knowledge, ONTV and SelecTV were not "spinoffs" of Z Channel. They even used entirely different technology: Z Channel was distributed by microwave, whereas ONTV and SelecTV were scrambled standard brodcast channels.
