Zeng Peiyan

- This is a Chinese name; the family name is Zeng.
Zeng Peiyan (Chinese: 曾培炎; Pinyin: Zēng Péiyán; born December 1938 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province) is a Chinese politician. He was a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China from 2002 to 2007 and is a Vice-premier since 2003.[1]
