Zagon or Zágon (Romanian: Zagon; Hungarian: Zágon) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 2 villages:
- Păpăuţi/Papolc
- Zagon/Zágon

The commune is ethnically mixed with a relative Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 5,489 of which 49.7% or 2,728 are Hungarian. Romanians account for 49.59% (2,722) of the population.
