Inquiring minds want to know:

  • "single speed aluminium gear ratio" needs de-obfuscation
  • "at 300 volts" -- NiCd bank voltage, obviously, but is it also condition for achieving that power? (I.e., are we being told power drops substantially as internal resistance builds up during discharge? New text is my best guess.
  • "combined" probably referred to power output, but are these 150v motors in series, or 300v ones in parallel?
  • "are each mated to a " - each to its own, or each to the same?
  • Pretty clear they lack a common shaft, but what happens when one seizes, or opens a winding?
