Zarabanda was launched by ex-Honeycombs lead singer Dennis Dalziel after The Honeycombs disbanded. Rod Butler on guitar, Harry Hughes on drums and Izzy on bass, together with Dennis, travelled the UK on the rock circuit for two years. The band recorded with record producer Micky Dallon and Pilot Music. Some tracks entered the charts in Europe but the group had little recording success in the UK. 'Living on the Line', 'Midnight Lady' and 'Run with the Crowd' were some of the band's more popular tracks abroad.
